Stand & Deliver Transport Limited was founded in 1983 by the father and son team of Peter & Paul Shone, although our haulage roots go back much further, to 1958 when Peter first drove an HGV. Although the industry has moved on beyond all recognition since then, the basic principles of honesty, integrity and reliability still hold true.
The steady growth of the company has enabled many relatives to join the ‘firm’, from Uncles through to grandchildren, making Stand & Deliver a family business in its truest sense and ensuring the continuity of expertise.
We operate from Watford, where we have 30,000 square feet of warehouse space. Our fleet of vehicles, which encompasses the complete range of transport requirements, is expertly maintained from our in-house workshop, securing a thoroughly reliable service.
Our distinctive blue & yellow livery, featuring a red highwayman, operate throughout the UK making us a complete logistics provider. We have maintained a loyal customer base by offering excellent customer service, competitive pricing and professional standards. We credit much of our success to our dedicated uniformed workforce, many of whom who have been with us for over 10 years, and their commitment to our customers and Stand & Deliver.
